Its registered address is located in Swadik Trade Private Limited, S M Infra, Sr No. 157/158, Behind Hotel Ranjai, Bhujbal Vasti, Wakad, Pune- 411057, and it is currently managed by two active Founder/Chairman: Yogesh Pandurang Mahajan and Kalpesh Sunil Mahajan.
Over the last 12 years, S M Infra has been committed to serving its valued customers and has successfully sold a substantial number of properties, including plots, flats, and shops.
